first time grow under cfl lights

hi guys need your thoughts on a problem that has just poped up my plant is just over 2 weeks old and is around 5 inches tall and is very bushy for its size it is growing in seedling raising mix and has three lights on it a 42 watt daylight 5000k and two 2500 k warm daylight bulbs witch r hanging around five inches from the plant its on a 18/6 cycle with 2 small fans contionusly blowing a slight breeze across the top of it ph level is 6.5 temp is 29 degrees celcius and it gets waterd twice a week it has had no fert yet leaves r all fine and straight not drooping or anything but woke up this morning to check it and every single leaf tip including new growth has a brown tip i dont no if this is a nute deffecincy or a heat issue any help guys would be appreciated cheers!!

cant work out how to upload a pic mate i am using my phone so u recon it could be a soil temp issue leaves r not curling or drooping just tips r brown its weird as its just sprung up over night was not there yesterday how can i cool the soil down if it is this
