Hmm. You usually don’t get a hay smell unless your buds have been dried too fast, but you haven’t even harvested yet. How close is the top cola to your light? And are they the same strain?

That would be your problem. The other plant with big buds probably just has better genetics. There's something definitely wrong with them though. Maybe humidity?

These Phlizon grow lights are no where near good enough. The only decent phlizon lights are the cree cob ones.

If it’s not hot in your grow area the best bang for the buck is HPS. You don’t even need an MH just get an HPS or super HPS. If you’re dead set on LED you may have to build something if you want something good but don’t have 3,000 g’s to drop on a light.
