A few things can curl your leaves. I dont know what and how much you're feeding. Over fertilizing, over watering, too hot, are 3 things that can curl your leaves. If they're crispy, closer to the lights, i would check your lightning

I water when soil is dry until I see runoff. temperature is always 20-25 celsius & humidity always below 55%

I don’t think I asked about soil Ph, that’s crucial to the whole thing. Nutrients have to bond with hydrogen molecules so hydrogen in the soil is important.

There’s a blog about nutrient deficiency that is also covered in a YouTube channel you should check out. Here you go. Also NVMedclosetgrower on YouTube really knows his stuff

Soil pH is 7 and I always water plants with pH of 6 - 6.5
A Ph of 7 is at the high end of the spectrum. I forget if that’s good or bad for organic.(it’s either 6 or 7 that is better for organic due to micro-organisms) I know when you’re balancing your Ph between 6-7 you want it more at 6.2-6.5. But different Ph levels will allow your plant to absorb different nutrients at different times throughout its life. Here is some more info on how Ph effects microbials.

Here is that bomb ass NVClosetmedvideo took me forever to find please check it out:
