First time grower .. How she look??

This my first time growing.. Strain northern lights a week and one day from seedling. What y'all think

No I try not let water get on them.. I just wanna make sur they look ok

those do have holes to drain right?? All Northern lights are they Feminized? , also tell us a little more, lights, medium,etc the more info you give the better off and more likely some can and will help you, but they look fine and where they should be for 10-14 days old, maybe a TAD BIT stretched but nothing that they wont be able to support,i noticed in the first pic she looked a little over watered, be careful! Let them get dry, I see so manY people Keeping the soil wet ALL the TIME, Remember your Mother nature and is it always wet out,.... (NOT unless your msging me from the jungle) how often and how much H20 are you giving dem babies (another example of listing details will help you)...i will check back GOOD LUCK!! Foxfarm Ocean forest . 12 100w cfl light 6500k and 5000k foxfarm trio .. I do think I over waterd one of them look kind Droopy but its my first time .. It's a closet grow .ph at 6.5..seeds.royal queen feminized northern lights and one dinfam white widow. Oh.. Temp at 75-81 Humidity 56-60.. Thank so much for Replying every one
