Nah no worries - it's exciting! If the passion for growing really gets you, it'll always be this way! With the e-blankets - no, you don't have to cut anything out - they are made out of mylar, it's just thinner than what's sold for grow rooms.oh and i just checked the seeds i had germing and they finally sprouted
I have both my veg and flower rooms lined in it. The wrinkles have never caused me a problem with hotspots, either.

What else, exactly, did you want info on, light-wise? If you're growing 2 plants, you only need one HPS or MH light. These bulbs are specialized, and require their own ballast - you can't run them in anything else. With a 400w you can grow up to nine plants comfortably.
well i have 2 sylvania 23 watt(100watt replacemetn) 2700k 120v and 1 sylvania mh 100w HID, is that good enough?

Not necessary, MH lights are already the right spectrum for vegging and will still work fine being used for flowering as well as long as its supplimented later on with more 2700k cfls to get more of the red spectrum (n they will love the extra light), why spend more cash on a seperate ballast for HPS (unless u got a duel ballast) on such a small grow? i think for now the lights are fine

ok, this mother fucker has taken me wat, like 7 hours now? god damn...its far from perfect and has about 5 or 6 things wrong with it, but for now it will do and i am wayyyyyyyyyyy to tired to keep working on it, so hows it look? and if ur just gonna hate on it and talk shit, then fuck off bitches

bro this is my first time but i copied my homeboys set up and tweeked it a lil and it is working great and dont use mylar buy flat white paint and do it that way and also i spent around 500 $ on my shit including feminized seeds and its working real good i use happy frog soil and a 400 hps a dayton squirell cage fan for fresh intake and a can fan and carbon filter for exuast and then just any thermometer with humidity and the box itself is a modified wardrobe closet

T5's work really well for vegging if you just have a small setup. there's a picture of our veg box in my second grow journal;; link is in my signature. The fan setup you have is definitely a plus! Now what strains are ya thinkin of getting?
