The damage to the edges of the leaves looks to me like nutrient burn or advanced heat stress, and the tops of your plant being light green is normal for new growth. If your feeding your plant stop for a week or two and give it just water. Also they look heat stressed (leaf curling), give them some shade for the middle part of hot days. If it's above 90, give them some shade until it cools off. No need to worry that there not getting 100% sun all day, if there too hot then they are spending all there energy trying to stay cool, and not growing anyway.

You nailed it brother! Found out I was supposed to harden them off after I put them outside. No nutes yet really other than what's in the soil so I would bet it's the heat stress and way to strong of a sun....I placed them on picnic table in direct sun for the first two weeks they were outside. I will give them shade and check temp from now on! Thank you!

Your very welcome. One thing to think about is whatever they are sitting on top of will be hot also. If that table is to hot it will damage your roots also. When moving them from the shade into the sun put them on something cool, like a wet towel. They don't look very bad and should recover in about a week or so.

Ok I'll get a wet blanket and lay out! That will probably keep them warm in the nights as well cause it's been dropping to about 6 Celsius on the worst nights. But I thank you again it's a great help I was reading some other posts (like a lot) and figured it could have been heat stress. I should have left the buckets white too hey instead of painting them black? Wasn't thinking..

I would say that it wouldn't matter THAT much. If you had left them white, you probably would still have had the same problem. If you need to keep them warm at night, I would use a large cardboard box, and put it over them. Just need to remember to get up early and remove it.
