Hello mate I am using the same grow lights are you too, Phlizon 1800w (actual wattage 320w) and Phlizon cree cob 1200w (actual wattage 280w). My seedlings are 11 days old and they are growing ever so slowly, I’m thinking it’s the grow lights, they aren’t good enough? How old are yours in the pics above?

Alright mate! I was using the same light but I changed last week to spider farmer! This is my slowest growing 1 and the other 1 is good! I had my lights at 24 inches which did nothing to them so dropped to 12 and 18 inches and both grew well and I adjusted the lights as they got bigger. TBH you’re doing better job than I did at that time. This little one is about 3weeks now and have had to adjust it a lot so that it grows straight!
