First time grower

I hope you have adequate A/C for all of those lights. Is it a sealed room? What strain are you running? Do not mix coco and soil, coco causes more problems than any benefit it gives.

It was a suggestion by friend who grows a lot is all. Im not stuck on it by any means

And make sure you stock up on a lot of updog. Some people like the powder but I prefer the gel, either way you’re going to want to use quality updog throughout your grow.

That's a great point. Updog is actually more important than CalMag. Don't start your grow yet unless you already have some.

I’m a little thrown back by the attitudes on here recently. I mean let’s not pretends that 30 plants and 3000k of lighting is huge or Is not doable by a newb. Or that it’s unmanageable, or that Updog is the key to success here.

obviously 10 315s is ambitions. but it’s just a plant.

To the OP

tomake things simple go with amended organic soil. Either build your own or source something quality. Don’t get over complicated.

with your space. Dialing in a room takes time. I would recommend building and running empty for a few days and watch your swings in temp/rh.Things might change slightly when plants are in space but at least you know what’sgunna be your biggest hurdles.



Sometimes you gotta dive in, headfirst and hope you come up. I’m in a situation where I’m expanding exponentially and really feel lost, but things always seem to work out. Just gotta stick to the basic and listen to the plants talk

Make sure you get a whole room air exchange in 3 minutes, this way you will not need to supplement with CO2. Also you want good carbon filters, if you are successful it is going to get very stinky.
