I'm going to have to strongly disagree with you there
Better taste? You cannot tellt he difference, those who say they can are pretty amazing,...more amazing than me or any other judge in any mainstream competition,. If they were discernable, there would be different classes in competition,....but there aren't. If your hydro weed tastes different, address your flush. I flush for 10--14 days with zero flushing agents, just straight water and my weed is just will stand up to any soil weed when it comes to taste. If you're in RI,.....I'll back that up
Soil is far more NON forgiving than hydro, not sure how anyone could see it otherwise. With hydro, you can tell your exact ph, the exact amount of food in there and you can monitor hhow much and how fast they are consuming it. In soil,.....you guess. Not sure how that is considered more forgiving?
Benefits of hydro over soil include:
No more lugging expensive dirt. I ran 7 gallon pots and at $22 a bag,.....just to throw it away in 4 months,.....ugh. Then there's the lugging it up 3 floors and then back down when Its time to throw it away.....ugh. Then there's the bugs......ugh.
Hydro, you feed in 1 bucket, ph in one bucket,....simple.
Water is free.
You use less nutes
You have exact control over feeding and ph (HUGE).
All feeding can be done in 1 bucket
CLEAN
CHEAP
better yields
No brainer for me, I switched 6 yrs ago, never looked back and even regretted not starting sooner. I was always intimidated by the terminolgy, technology, etc,....it's Soooo simple,...wish I knew sooner!
