I'm pretty proud of my first grow! The following two are banana purple punch and apple strudel ( the bigger nugs). Let me know if you guys want some pics of the plant before harvest.
Looks real decent, congratz my man!

That is an amazing harvest !
Any tips on how to get the nugs so dense?
Bud density is down to genetics first good light levels are secondary simply put if it's not meant to be dense no amount of light will make it that way so choose stuff that's known for dense nugs just remember very dense buds are more at risk especially outdoors and you can also add kelp and alfalfa meal those both contain natural pgrs not like the cancer causing manmade chemical pgrs

For me I grew clones of the same plant for a while and finally learned how to. I just lollipop really well and thin out the canopy of twigy growth its the wispy branches 2-3 weeks into flower that wont become those fat nugs. Then just let it grow.

Ill never do this again even though it was beautiful and helped the clones finish a little faster. Because they were fat enough to mold which ruined the whole run. So I would lst and prune super fat branches whatever forces the nugs to have more space between them.

When I cut the fat colas there was puddles of water through out them.. No wonder they molded..

What you can do as a grower is to lolipop a bit the lowers, limit bud growth downstairs, and budmaking resources will concentrate to the top. As conor says: theres an element of genetics aswell; this pruning of lowers will either get you bigger or denser or a bit of both tops, and you lose a lot of larf downstairs. Its something to fine tune a bit, some times you take too much some times too little. The bigger the plant the larger your area of good bud yielding plant.
