Here's the situation, been growing aero and bubble for a while with MH and HPS and have decided to do a little experiment in hempy buckets between grows. Would really appreciate any advice

Setup:

5gal bucket with a 7/16 hole drilled into the side about 2 inches from the bottom

Substrate is 3 parts perlite to 1 part vermiculite

Plant is a rooted Master Kush clone in rapid rooter

Light is a 90 quad band ufo led light

Temp ranges 73-77


Just transplanted her in and gave her a good RO watering

UPDATE:
Got rid of the damn led light and put up a 600 HPS and added another hempy bucket with a bubble skunk clone.

The master kush clone is looking droopy but the bubble skunk is lookin great.

Temp 75-79

Watering a little bit every day switching off between RO and ph'd RO with PBP grow

You mentioned the MK clone was rooted, but perhaps it is still asking for higher humidity.

whats up dude,i been doing hempy for a year now,six plants veg under a 400wmh,then i move them to flower under the 1000whps.very easy rarely any problems.i use gh floranova grow and bloom,liquid and dry koolbloom,and an bud candy,and a little hygrozyme.been getting 5-7 oz per on my critical +(big bud x skunk)and just got 2 1/2 oz off a bubba kush.

DAY 17:

I think the droopiness was due to just the natural slow start of the hempy bucket.
Babies are look pretty good, there's a little yellow on some of the lower leaves.
Germinating a fem LSD seed from barney's farm and will try placing directly into perlite/vermic mix instead of my typical rapid rooter technique.
Anyone have any experience with growing that strain?

Orange bucket is MK and the black bucket is bubble skunk

hey what up pimpin paulie, 5-7 zones per plant? damn son if I even get 3-4 per plant with a longer veg cycle I might completely switch to hempy buckets instead of my aero/drip/bubble combo

STS, a little advise take it for what it's worth. I start them out in smaller containers, large foam cups, pole a hole in the side with a nail 1/2-3/4 inch up the side. When it's ready to transplant just cut the bottom off the and burry it 3/4 of the way down in the larger container. It looks like the containers are only about 1/2 full of the mix, maybe 3 gallons in there, you can get the 5 gallon bucket in a 3 1/2 gallon as well. I would use that instead. Good luck.

thanks for the advice, im sprouting up some seeds pretty soon so ill give that a try. the buckets started off full but didnt expect it to shrink so much.

Day 35:

5 days into flower, did some trimming earlier today and gave them a little PBP bloom and a little PBP grow just for the transition stage.
Got 12 seeds sprouting up, 100% success with germination seeds.
Saw a G-13 clone at one of the local clubs and couldn't pass it by so i set up yet another hempy bucket. Just transplanted it into a 3 gal today.

Yeah hes awesome, big hunk of love and definitely not a very good guard dog.
And thanks about the ladies, Yeah Im really liking the hempy buckets just not the slow start, kinda makes me nervous.
Also is that your pup in your avatar? if so he/she is gorgeous
