I cant know for sure how much you are watering it so i can't give specific advice, but try watering it the same amount just less often and see how the plant reacts.
As for the spots on the leaves, one possibility it could be is a potassium deficiency. The following are the symptoms of a K deficiency: older leaves turn dark yellow, and develop spots. stems usually also become weak and seem brittle.
Also as a side note of advice, because you have so few leaves, i suggest you spread the lights more around the plant instead of just having them on top so that you can get the most yield of what you have. just get a couple of small wattage lights and position them around the plant.
Ps: for the three newcomers i suggest using fox farms nutes as cannabis reacts very well to them.
