First time LST, Have i done it right?

Hey peeps I've LST'd my 14 day old auto today and I was wondering if I've done it right? Also will the top of the plant still grow normally because it's bent to the side like that? Thanks!

The plant will still grow normally. Check mine out.

I start mine off much later in life but that is just my preference. Good start just keep an eye and retie it when it grows up more.

Dont be afraid to pin it down. I just used little pieces of coathanger bent into a U shape and pin it down. The head will raise up by the next day. Let it grow out some then pin it down...etc.

your top is still above all the other nodes so nothing is going to happen except a fancy little curve in the stem.

I suggest letting her get a little bigger so that you can tie the top down below the other nodes, then the other nodes will become new tops. See the other pics in your thread with the top tied down to the side of the pot, and new tops springing up all around the pot? That's one of the goals with LST. The other being just controlling the size and way your plant grows which is not really needed with a brand new seedling.

yeah i decided to untie it for now, im gonna wait till she's a little bigger
