your top is still above all the other nodes so nothing is going to happen except a fancy little curve in the stem.
I suggest letting her get a little bigger so that you can tie the top down below the other nodes, then the other nodes will become new tops. See the other pics in your thread with the top tied down to the side of the pot, and new tops springing up all around the pot? That's one of the goals with LST. The other being just controlling the size and way your plant grows which is not really needed with a brand new seedling.
