First time LST training

Debating on whether I should bend her over again when she gets a little taller or not. I'm not sure if I'll have enough veg time to keep training. What do you guys think? Outdoor in northern Cali, near Yosemite.

Throw her outside and train her outside. Hard work will always get rewarded in the end. Good luck bro.

Alright so you think I have time? Also you can see in the pictures those side branches that are trying to grow upward are getting a lot of light blocked from the big leaf above them. Should I pull it?

If that was my gal.... I'll grab more of the tip and let all of the side grow upward. I would not pick any leaves of her yet since she is still small. Just be gentle.

There's no doubt that you will increase your yield by training these plants, but imo you would come out much better getting more light to them. The way their looking once they start putting on weight their gonna start snapping left and right. But then again without secondment light they won't really put on much weight.
