First Time PF Tek Mushroom Grow - Mazatapecs

Okay so besides for my other grow project which isn't going the greatest right now, i do have 10 jars that ARE going well. I thought i would lose them due to contamination from my vermiculite getting wet, but now all of them are growing fast and none are contaminated.

What is the chance they will still get contaminated?

If they were sterilized right you won't get any contams

Yeah, I believe I sterilized em fine. What I did is took a big pot, elevated the jars off the bottom and monitored it so that it lightly boiled for about 70-80 mins. That's great news if they're unlikely to get contaminated at this point. I thought all of em were gone when that verm got wet.

That's fine for pf tek u should be OK when I used to do pf tek I would boil them for 90 minutes the same way u did but I used 1 pint jars that made some monsters compared to the half pint the BEST info out there for growing shrooms is shroomtopia.net u will need to make a profile to read any threads but they r the nicest most helpful people u will find on the net.

You should be fine but it is hard to tell. Personally I would invest in a pressure cooker but I'm sure you already know that.
