I made some butter once and we just put the trimmage in a bowl in a pot with boiling water ,just add butter and a bit of water, then keep stirring for about 45 minutes and add water when it looks like it's gonna start burning.
Just keep stirring and make sure the butter doesn't start to burn to your bowl, burnt butter is useless.
Then put the bowl in the freezer overnight and it will separate in 3 layers, the trimmage, water and your butter. Take a sharp knife and separate them, throw away the ice and trimmage and you're left with your butter!
Put this back in the freezer and make some brownies when you want to fly away ;D
