Hi,
I made a computer stealth grow box and wanted to know if i could grow 2 plants in it.

I have 1 20w energy saving bulb which is equivalent to 115w. Thats 1350 lumens.
One air-in fan and one air-out fan.
I have lined the inside with reflective insulator (basicly foil with bubble wrap stuck to the bottom)

Will 2 mersh plants be able to grow and give a good amount of buds and will it stink out my room?

Thanks in advance

you won't get much bud out of that area but you will get a lot of smell. Have to have some odor control.

good luck

If you got room I'd throw another light in there. Anything less than 3k lumens per sq ft is going to yield fairly low. Do you have a pic of the case or its dimensions? The limiting factor really is going to be the width for how many plants you can fit. If a 6" pot is the widest pot you can fit in there, I'd imagine you would have room for two side by side. If that's the case, no reason not to go for 2, assuming you put in more lighting.

As far as the smell yeah, about a month in you're going to notice the smell. The strength will depend on the strain, but as a stealth grower I'll tell you that covering that smell needs to be one of your top priorities. I have 5 blooming right now and they are getting pretty stinky. Easy solutions for small grows like yours include scented candles, air freshener, and odor-removing gels. Try those and if they don't cover it well enough make a carbon filter. For your setup the easiest thing to do would probably get a sheet of carbon filter (the kind you can wrap around an aluminum screen as in other DIY carbon filters,) cut out a square and tape it over your fan on the inside so that air gets sucked through it. It's ghetto and inefficient but it is easy, cheap, and saves space compared to cylinder-style filters.

i can fit another light in but it would only be 1350 lumens per bulb so 2700 lumens in total.....would that be enough? and can i make the plants get wide not tall....if so please instruct. thanks
