1) With my setup now complete, how long should I let it go for a "test run" to get an accurate reading of temp and humidity levels? 1 hour? more or less?

2) Where's the optimum place to put your hygrometer within the tent? Floor, pot height, or near the top of the tent? I've seen some guys attach it to the top of their reflector (on one of the hanging cables).

Your input is greatly appreciated :)

I would say do your test run until everything normalizes and stops fluctuating.
As far as your hygrometer, I'd place it wherever the plants are going to be as readings
vary with level.... but the important ones are wherever the plants are.

i have a few hygrometers, one on the floor, one hangin' above my lights and one resting on the lip of my pots....they all usually read the same though =) i waited 3 days (or before the smell dissipated) to start my grows

How much should my tent be bowing from the negative pressure? (I do have an equal 6" passive intake btw) The tent won't implode, but it bows enough to move my cool tube from a parallel position (from my door) to almost a diagonal position within the tent. The pulling in of the walls is doing this. Is this anything to be concerned about?

The tent size is 3"x3"x6". I have my carbon filter at the back top right corner, then my fan, then 6" ducting running down to the cool tube (positioned in the middle of the tent), then ducting running up to the exhaust port (right side middle). The passive intake is on the left side of the tent near the bottom.

Since I'll have 5 pots positioned like the 5 on a dice, this diagonal angle its creating on the cool tube might be a good thing, right?
