First time using Hydroponis 4x4 flood table

I winding how many time water go up during light up and down . and how long water should sit in flood . grow in hydro rock . it now first week bloom thanks .

I have never flowered in flood tables, but I have used them for a short veg. period when I grew SOG. with such small plants/clones I would only flood 2x a day. But. I am pretty sure you will need to do it more often for larger flowering plants. My advice would be to spend some time a day or two and see what they like.

Any hydro pro ?

Beginner also but i was told every 3 hours flood , let it sit for 30min then drain.

I have a newbie question for you as well progrower, are you filling the whole table with hydroton ? or just inside the net pots?

i flood mine 6times a day for 15min pump on takes about 4min to drain. i just use hydrotron though no rockwool i hate the stuff grows algae bad and fuks with ph

No i filled pot with hydration . i cover with mylar and make holes for pots . so no lights get to roots .
