First time

I have this little thing growing on my balcony, it gets around 6 hours of sunlight a day. It’s 10 weeks old. I don’t know what I’m doing...any recommendations on how to do this are welcome.. thank you...

Wood based potting soil. Cannabis hates it.

10 weeks? It looks like its just out of seedling stage... need way more light. 6 hrs a day really isn't enough light. It looks like its flowering already. If you wanted it to remain in veg it needs about 18 hours.
