First Timer - Do I have enough lights for flowering?

3 Indoor Thai Skunk plants in soil...1 week into flowering....I have 2 48" 40W T12 grow flourescents which I've used for vegging....

Do I have enough light for the flowering or do I need more?...

pickup a 400w hps.

yeah, those seem to be kinda pricey.....will my flourescents be enough to get me some good bud?......I only have the 3 plants or does that not matter?.....I guess at this point I'm looking for the cheapest way to get these babies to flower....perhaps on my 2nd grow I can invest in hps......

I would get a few 42w cfls and add them. you don't seem to get the bud from the flour's that you would from hps

stumps said it. a hps is the way to go for flowering. i dont think your going to need a 400w you could probably get away with a 250w and you can find them under 200$ or you can just go with a bunch of cfls like 6 or so pre plant but your not going to see much bud that way so if you can find it in your bugett try to get a hps
