First-timer growing outdoors

I'm a first-timer planning to grow regs outdoors, then when I have some experience hit up a seed bank for some real shit. None of the reg seeds I've tried have germinated though. Any advice? I'm using the damp-paper-towel-in-a-dark-place method.

And any suggestions on good strains to grow outdoors would be appreciated too. Nothing too big, and I live in Miami Florida.

the church by greenhouse seedbank is good for outdoors...and as for size thats all on you, if you need to keep it small you have to start them late in the season...or there are autoflowering plants which have a genetical clock which forces flowering as opposed to the light cycle forcing the plant into flowering

as for the seed germination i would look into rockwool cubes if you have a local hydro store...all you have to do is stick the seed in there, get the cube nice and moist and stick it in a coffee cup on a window sill in a plastic bag and you will have a seedling in a cpl days

also could be bunk beans...seeds really aren't too expensive to order and they help the growing process go much smoother...i would buy a 5 pack of fem seeds from nirvana for your first time since they are reasonable prices and learn from those seeds.

hope that helps and good luck growing!

Yea the guy who gave me the seeds said they were pretty old and didn't expect them to grow. I've been reading up on Nirvana too, is it safe? How do they send you the seeds?

safe yes, when i ordered them a year ago they sent them to me in a small plastic bag which was in a lower compartment of some european licorice (for cover-up) i think they have an updated stealth style, but ive been ordering from attitude lately
