Just my 2 cents...
At very least 3 more weeks.
I personally have never grown a strain that was actually mature in under 9 weeks, everytime someone posts "week 7 harvest time" it is inevitably a very premature plant cut before its time.
On a similar but different note, I'm a little sick of people harvesting way early and then claiming they wanted to catch the "cerebral" window. Firstly, the jury is still out on weather or not one or two weeks actually changes the cannabinoid profile in some significant and tangible way, I'm not arguing that if you harvest a month late the high won't change, only that its blown entirely out of proportion with people chopping their plants too early due to the spread of misinformation. The fact of the matter is, there is a damn good reason to wait. Terpenoid production. As your plant enters its window of maturity, it ramps up production of these chemicals which are responsable for a large deal of the flavor that will come from your marijuana, an extra week or two can make the difference between a good smoke and a fantastic smoke.
Not too long back i grew some of greenhouse's cheese (not the real thing, but bear with me). The plant i harvested around 60 days was delicious and pretty great all around, but the one I let go for 70 was spectacular, some of the most amazing tasting weed i've ever had, very sour, very skunky, and pretty much better in every way.
I know and understand the newbie impatience, but trust me, i've been there, its hard to sit there and look at what is smokeable marjuana on your plant and not chop that bitch and smoke her all up. But this is a game of patience, and if you wait you shall be rewarded with some truly fine bud.
Good luck and happy growing.
