First Timer - how am I doing?

Hello all, Kindly comment on the pics above... They have been under 12/12 for 5 weeks and I am a newbie growing on a budget. I basically took a seed out of a bag and threw it in soil, buying CFL's along the way...

It has one 65w equiv, 1 42w equiv, and 2 23's onthe side right now, all 2700k. I realize that this is a ghetto grow job, but it is what it is... I will see this one through and buy some proper equipment the next time around with more than one plant.

In any case, how am i doing?

Thanks... I figure it is a little late in terms of development, maybe anywhere from 5-7 weeks to go

If its a 65 watt and 42 watt equiv then you need more lights
If its a regular 65 watt and 42 watt then your fine
42 watt cfl should be like 150 watt equiv

does look nice though!!!

Also to note, this plant (with pot) is 4.5 feet tall. I def let it veg for way too long (2 months of 24 hr light), and ended up cutting off the bottom third of the branches and leaves due to underdevelopment. I cannot afford anymore bulbs for this grow, nor do I wish to invest in more CFL's b/c I intend to buy a MH/HPS 400w system after this plant is finished.

Hello SCbudboy, yeah the 65 is 300w equiv, the 23's are 125-150w equiv and the 42 is somewhere in between. The 23's on the side do 1600 lumens, the 65 does 3900, and the 42 around 2600.

Ok, he was just giving you feedback like you asked for lol. No if you don't plan on continuing to grow with CFL's there is no reason to buy more. Um 2 months of veg yeah thats awhile, I'll only let mine veg for about 2 1/2-3 weeks tops. But then again I'm also growing in a pc case, well good luck with harvest.

So here are some more pictures... about 6.5 weeks 12/12... BTW, this seed is unknown strain came from a bag of nugz though. Prob will stop nutes in a week.

A couple of questions:

1) What can you all recommend on removing, not removing, if/when fan leaves?

2) What is the consensus regarding harvesting different parts of the plant over time? Or all at once?
