First timer! How my girl look?

Hello! I currently have 4 plants growing outside in the North East. Special Queen, Critical and 2 Hybrid Jamaican strains I got while vacationing in Jamaica.
I have the SQ and one of the Jam each in a 15 gallon pot while the other two are in 5 gallon pots. I wanted to see what I could yield between the different size pots. All are in Happy frog soil. I use Pridelands Veg, Green tea, Brix, Bloom and Flower Finisher. I used Azamax for pesticide during Veg. Currently I only spray on the soil once per week.I’m getting anxious for harvest and now trying to determine how far along the girls are?I ve attached some pics of the Special Queen as I feel she is the furthest along. Thanks for any and all feedback!

You def have some time left….and you’ll be amazed and how much heft the buds will gain during the last 3 weeks.
Once your calyces all swell up and at least 95% of the white pistils have turned brown AND receded/shrunk back into the calyces, then your into a good harvest window. Also, once I can stick my nose into the plant and get that ripe smell I know it’s time..
Every strain and grow is slightly different but, from my experience, that harvest window lasts around 10-12 days. Once you exceed it the terps begin to diminish…..which I’ve done several times while waiting for more amber trichs….
I was the rare bird that let plants go too long.
Now, I rarely look at trichs and let my nose decide.
Good luck on a nice looking effort.

Don't miss the forest for the trees
As previously mentioned, and shown in your pictures, you have a few weeks until it's mature.
It's only useful to check trichs once the buds plump up and the pistles recede.
Far too much emphasis is given to the appearance of the trichs.

Those look more clear then milky (3-5weeks)
Tricome development is a matter of preference, and a more advanced method.
If you prefer a headier more saliva like effect cut sooner with about 10% amber a lot of them will still be clear at this point (30-40%).
If you looking for that couch rot mind numbing let those go to 80-90% amber. Nothing will be clear at this point.
I normally go for the middle ground about half amber (45-45-10)
This is not going to have as much of an effect as your plants underline genetics. Best to harvest for earliest maximum healthy harvest and worried about tricomes once you have your grow method dialed in. Look for mature pestils and fully swollen calcyls as others have said

the buds are pretty fat and sticky rite now and they smell amazing! I just want to make sure I dont Eff it up

I wouldn't just go by trichs outdoors, especially if you're used to indoor.
Maybe others have had similar experiences, but I've been tricked into harvesting early before by prematurely milky outdoor trichs. I totally go with Bullmark here to trust your nose more than the microscope in that case

ok, altho with going by the smell is tough cus they already smell great!
