First Timer!...Nute burn? Help.

My plants recently went through a nitro def and i was given a bottle of miracle grow all purpose plant food and
been used that about 3 days ago and i did not grab the right bottle yesterday and watered them again with this plant food solution and today there burned...there seems to be a lot of yellowing and burned areas. all except the top section of the plant. what should i do. ill post pictures if needed let me know.
btw my plant is 3weeks and 3 days old.

You should always post pictures when you can.. makes everything a lot easier. If it's nutrient burn the tips of your leaves should turn yellow then brown, sometimes this can start from the edges of the leaves but usually it will start at the tip. It'll also start from the botTom of your plant up..

Stop feeding them and give them just plain water for a while

Thanks for all your help here are some pictures of my plant from the past 3 days...
there 4 weeks old. under 2 fluro 32watt bulbs. and some extra 2 cfl 23watt equal bulbs.

yeah i was using tap water left out for 24 hours to feed them i just now bought distilled water to see if this will help with the leaves curling downward and looking deformed.
