one or two of my cola's are ready on one of my plants. Its been about 7 weeks, but the others need at least another week. Would it hurt anything for me to trim the one thats ready. Will it hurt the plant any?

if they are looking like outta shape afro then thats when you should cut them.(atleast thats what my pothead mom does)
If the rest of the plant isn't ready don't do it, it will stunt the rest of the plant until it builds up the hormones that were in that big tip. Use a magnifying glass and look at your resins, if they are still mostly all white it can go longer. When they start getting amber it is ripe.
