Update- Second plant has mold growing on the soil and it dying, time to put it out of its misery :(
But the other plant is doing well! The leaf's are green only thing I noticed was the tips are a little droopy and yellow but it hasent gotten worse over the last few days, its gotten better, less droopy, no more yellowing. I had to cut the first set of true leafs because they had wilted and dried beyond saving. I watered last night, about a shot glass full of water, one of my cfl,s broke so im only running 1 23w cfl on it right now.

What kind of soil is that ? ...
Do you have conventional growing pots instead of those ?
Roots will tangle themselves easier in a TAPERED pot.

My 2¢ .... Grab a 3 or 5 gallon plastic pot ... Fill bottom 1/3 with good potting soil ( not miracle ) .... Place hand around plant , tip upside down and jiggle plug loose ..... Place plug in bigger pot ....... Add more soil and cover stretched stem . Let her explore her new home then do " LIGHT " watering .... No need to soak entire pot.

Put whatever light you can INCHES from her , that will help control stretch as plant isn't trying to REACH LIGHT. You need more than one bulb.

From my CFL DAYS ....
I did this ONLY till new seedling looked happy , then I moved to better lighting .

Thanks again for all the replies. Pretty sure its too late for this plant, but I have two more seeds germinating with about 1/8th inch tail, so tomorrow I guess I will transplant. I went to Canadian Tire, but could find any of the soil @farmerficher mentioned in a previous reply.

Online I found these

But am not going to buy anything until I get the ok from the experts ;)

Why don’t u buy happy frog or ocean forest from fox farms??? Put them in soil water every once in a while and start feeding after a few months ... IMO that’s the best thing to do

Right now because locally no stores carry either of those brands, and the seeds need to be planted in the next few days. I have saved another 6 seeds so next grow I will plan out better and try to do things right, while still being on a budget.
