First White Dwarf PCBox Grow

Hi fellas. I've just started growing! I have a homemade pc box under my desk, hiding a large pot...with soil. For the time being

i have 3 26w cfls and a computer fan working as testing now, but everything is ready and will be fine for my little girls i suppose.

The white dwarf seeds i ordered from pick&mix seeds have arrived in 3 days, so i'm very satisfied with that site.
due to the small size of my box, i only have one seed germinating right now. I'm planning organic growing with homemade nutes, like green tea or eggshells.

dwarfie no1 has been under wet kitchen towels for 2 days now. It'll break open soon.

I'll update whenever anything happens

On the second day after sowing, i have the problem that the soil gets dry too soon. The cfls aren't very hot, in fact, they are cool enough to touch even if they were on for a day. I have a strong pc fan on with passive intake. I don't want to ruin my plant with overwatering, but i don't want it to die of thirst either. perhaps some water in a small bowl could manage humidity. or wet paper towels... idunno. i've just turned the fan off to see if it makes any change. I'll just need some odor neutralizers too. Anyone has experiences with those?

yea i just did that, thanks! i cut a soda bottle in half and put it over the pot. but my seed won't sprout

i read that when the seed sinks in a cup of water, you can put it in the soil, but it didn't do anything yet so perhaps i'll put it back under wet tissues for a day or something... eeeew i worry that i already fucked something up... i'm so unpatient :oops:

hey dude you could put your seed in a dog shit and put some water on it and it would still sprout.... chill the seed should sprout in a week so wait

if you`ll try to hook it out or something like that you will just fuck everything up!!! seed must be in the soil if its too deep you will need to wait longer till it gets to the top so you would need to have soil just few milimeters above the seed.... anyway dont fuck it up if you will try to dig the seed out and try other method you`ll possibly just fuck everything cuz if the seed is sprouted you could injure the sprout or something

all you need is humidity and warm to get seed sprouted

..... SO WAIT

i'll leave it in the soil and cover with the soda bottle... i hope it'll sprout and everything will be fine, coz i go home for the weekend...

subscribed.... im planning to make a feminized autoflower seedrun... just havent really decided which strain should i grow....

if diesel ryder`s were in stock i would definatelly grow them .... im thinking about buying some easy ryders

I've read that they have good genes, they must be a winner strain

but they were expensive for my budget

greaaaat, yesterday evening my adapter that was running the pc fan died, and i came home for the weekend. i couldn't do anything with the adapter, i dunno what could have gone wrong with it... i hope that the box won't get too hot in these 3 days. though it would be ok since it is still germinating... i hope when i go back to the dorm i'll find a lovely little seedling in my box ^_^

anyway i'll have to find another adapter.
and bring sope pipes or something to manage irrigation. and...i guess that's all.

I've found a recipe for homemade bionutes.

consists of grapefruit rinds, that contains potassium, coffee grinds for nitrogen, and eggshells for calcium. these are blended together and a tea is made. i'll try it i think, perhaps upgraded with a little green tea leftover or something.

In my dorm room there are no unexpected controls or visitors, not even the cleaner, and with my roommates' support and promise of secrecy, i have nothing to worry about. And to top it, i have a pc-box grow, so the odds are not against me

I'll post pics, yea, it's planned. though the whole setup is a bit lame, coz i didn't have a saw or anything so there are unwanted parts in the pc, but i can't do anything with that. And the box is glowing a bit, i'll have to manage light leaks somehow.

i've just put some clay pellets in the pot because the soil dries out too soon. And i've made some pics too, but i can't find my transfer cable so i can't upload them yet :S

aw fuck i'm done with 3 of my exams i'm dead but i have a heartwarming thought: dwarf #2 has a seedling that's about 2" tall, strong green, looks healthy and promising. I call it Julia, predestining it to be a female
