Fish Tank Air Pump!

I recently had a idea to try putting a air
pump for a fish tank inside my grow box.

maybe it will produce fresh air to my plants?

does anyone know if this would help at all?

Well if the pump is inside the box then no. It will only move air inside the box.

Best bet is to cut a hole (preferably towards the bottom) , and attach a fan.

Best way to inject fresh air.

Also an air pump does not move a lot of air

try an inline duct booster, a 4" one is about 10 bucks at hmdpt, get some 4 inch dryer vent and can pipe in fresh air from anywhere
