I am a second time grower and i am new here. I am making a molasses tee and was wondering. Could add one tablespoon of powdered egg shell calcium to it. Or would it hurt my clones. they just started there flowering process. the strains are Purple maui, Oatmeal cookies and White widow View attachment 3686306
If they are just eggshells you have ground into powder, they won't do much as they take quite a while to break down in the water to release their calcium and generally the water needs to be somewhat acidic

Well its been a few days but was gone all weekend. Time for an update: Started flower!!!!! Now the fun begins! After setting up the last components of the flowering room and getting them under the screen, they are WAY TO BIG! Let them get way bigger than I wanted and now I foresee quite the challenge as I try to keep up with the stretch (Supposed to be 80% Sativa though I think this pheno is a little less but either way with the Sour Diesel genetics I expect quite the stretch)

Either way here goes! After all was said and done I have found that this strain definitely wants extra magnesium... although after getting extra nutrients dialed in my EC was pretty high at around 2.2-2.3 which this strain showed some sensitivity too. She graciously accepted the extra nutes though as she suck up those that she was deficient in but still saw some light residual Mg issues which could have not fully rectified itself due to the high EC. This suspicion was also shown with some very light leaf tip burn but I backed off and flushed and everything is looking pretty good with just a little redness still left to the stems but 90% of it gone. Plus after the nute additions they exploded with growth which was a good sign.

Here's the picks of the setup in their final home! Some of the leaves still show some residual damage from the Zn, Mn deficiency but other than that everything is looking good for the flower! With the nute sensitivity backed off the flower rez to about EC 1.6-1.7 with a pH of 5.7 and will slowly bump it up to see what she can handle.

I'd love to see them in white lighting.
