OK, I found the right sized in BTU/hr of new exchangers for $200.

$200- radiator
$100 - fan & shroud
$320 - 2 x COB P/N : P110-15S19P-3080
$380 - 2 x Driver P/N: HLG-600H-48
$150 - 2 x cold plate
$170 - 1x 2 gallon/hr pump and plumbing

50v@12a = 600w.

I suppose this is a bit better than 25%.

It is only 62% of quoted figure so I guess you take that 79900 x .62 = 49,538 lm.

Take Alesh's calculation and butcher it. LER 325 / .62 = 524?

If LER for a given SPD is 325lm/W, luminous efficacy of the source is 201.5lm/W if efficiency is 0.62...

luminous efficacy of radiation * efficiency = luminous efficacy of the source.

SPD remains the same and so does LER. No matter how hard or soft you run your LEDs (there might be some spectral shift, but the difference is within a few per cent).
