The higher the wattage the better, I personally use 26w (the ones they advertise as " equivalent to 100w). Since my over head lighting is HPS which produces mostly red and yellow light I use 6500k cfl's which are a mostly blue light in an attempt to provide a fuller spectrum of light. I try to hang them directly into the darkest most shaded areas of the garden. I usually have to adjust the lights daily over the first couple weeks of flowering while the plants stretch, you never want the leaves to touch the bulbs.Super cool to have you pop in here huel, I am a fan of yours. Thanks for all your contributions and for stopping in my thread...
i was lucky enough to meet a person that was running all these strains. The chem dog was tested at high 21%.
regarding the set up, I spent lots of time (and cash) researching. It's been a labor of love.
thats it, I'm getting cfls and suspending them tomorrow. Is the wattage or k rating the most important? I will be starting off at Home Depot / lowes.
thanks
