flood/drain table vs rainforest 66

whats up everybody? ive done 2 grows with soil before. Now looking to venture into hydro or aero but am reluctant about it. I am trying to do a perpetual cycle. vegging room w t5 and flowering with 400w. just looking for some advice on a couple different ways of growing. i watched the dvd "i grow chronic" w the green man and thought it was a good piece considering I have a 400w. i liked the flood tables and how hydro cuts time down little bit, but i recently saw in high times that there is this structure called the "rainforest 66" and it apparently can accommodate 6 larger plants.

I'm debating on building the grow room in green man's grow chronic w the flood tables or just buying the rainforest. Just wondering if anyone has any .02 on the productivity of either one. which one is better for the money. I'd like to build it myself and save money but i'd be willing to put forth a lil more money if the rainforest is a nice system.

Its just my opinion but i've seen great harvests with flood& drain & scrog setups. With a 400 i would definitely do a scrog because of the lack of light penetration. Plus you can get the light right down on top of ur main colas in flower....
