Floppy plants

I've just switched to 12/12 a couple of days ago and alot of my plants are starting to flop now.
I'm growing in soil, using the wet/dry cycle. Waited for pre-flowers, transplanted and gave a good root stim and vegged for 7 days then I had to flip since alot of them was starting to get too tall. There were roots poking out the bottom of the pots but I hope flipping early-ish than planned hasn't caused this... I'm adding more and more stakes to try support the stems but just wondering why have they gone so floppy?

Ill try see if I can fix my camera...
From 3.5L pots > 11L pots.
Not 100% sure but most of plants were 30" tall.

If your plant's healthy they can be watered more than you think and maybe your going too far with the letting the pot dry.
