i have the flora series nutrients from general hydro and i wanted to know if it was safe to use it in soil, and if so how often and what soil ratio to use

i tried it before and i still got airy buds. maybe it was because the measurements were off (cheap kitchen measuring set from the dollar store lol) what kind of soil would be best to use with the nutrients?
