No, it is capital murder and you will get the death penalty in my state. Why would you want to take someone else's life and your own WHEN you get caught because you will, over some weed. Very stupid.

please dont misunderstand; i completely disagree with the killing of anyone unless they are threatning your life or the lives of your family; which obviously, this cop was doing neither. my heart goes out to the families of cops who have died while honestly doing their job.

No sympathy comming from my end,where was the sympathy when they took everything i owned,threw my ass in the clink,ruined my 1st marrige & made me pay enough fines to support a cops salary for a year.

Yea, what about those 3 cops in new york who killed a man hours before his own wedding? Some dumb ass secret agent wanna be undercover yelled "gun" and let loose a hail of gunfire on an unarmed fiance. Those bastards chose to have a judge try their case because they knew a jury of their peers woulda sent their asses down river. I hope, I really hope that those people who did that, and justified it to the public, experience the feeling of staring down a long high caliber barrel, waiting for that fateful hammer to drop. Save your tears about "their families" because for that innocent man he will never have a chance to start a family of his own. So if one of those murderers has to taste some gun oil in his mouth, it would be a positive step. There are a lot of great cops out there who have altruistic motives, respect for them. A regular cop who pulls someone over for going 30 over, well I understand they have to do their job in that case. When an individual decides to make it their career to arm themselves and crash into people's homes in the middle of the night because they had a tip from a fucking snitch who wanted a quick buck for snitching, well they deserve every bullet in my opinion. Those people who do that do it because THEY ENJOY THE ADRENALINE RUSH, nevermind that they are literally ruining people's lives. If tobacco was banned tomorrow those same people would be breaking down even more doors with bigger cop toys. Our founding fathers would've been fighting back with all they had against that kind of tyranny.

At least my tax dollars wont be taking care of him in prison, not to mention the costs of putting him on trial.

he deserved more bullets. i know everyone hates police, but they NEVER hate them when they have an emergency. its only when you're doing something you're not supposed to be doing that you "hate" cops.

do your illegal activities in your own home or get your damn marijuana license and youll have no reason to hate police. all they do is enforce the law. if they dont they lose their jobs. and personally i dont like crackheads and baby rapers and burglars running rampant on my street so Im thankful for police.

just remember how much you "hate" cops next time you want help or have an emergency like a car accident and they are the first on the scene and possibly save your life.
