Florida Growers Thread

Today I went over to my dads asking if he had any cfls. he gave me what he says is a 400 watt hps and screw in. Can I really use just the screw in and some extra wire. If so how its got 4 places for wire to go.

Well, I started with an Aerogarden inside of a nighstand...:shock: 8 months ago...

In all seriousness, GB, you're bud looks good. You definitely have got your system down and you deserve props.

On a side note. I don't know if it's me or what, but the RIU community is probably the most sensitive/conservative group of people I have ever encountered. And what blows me away is the majority of them are incredibly touchy for being marijuana users. If someone can't take a joke or just a little ball busting, then they really need to evaluate themselves and try to not take themselves too seriously. So I don't know, do you guys think alot of people on here are incredibly up tight?

I actually think that the internet is cold and does not convey sentiment...

A joke... without an lol or something like a hahaha may be taken seriously because there is no facial expression to follow it...

I think a lot of otherwise laid back people may "misinterpret" things some times and get the wrong idea...

And then there's the "old guys", the ones that did not grow up with forums (like me, RIU is the first forum I joined, and that was less than a year ago)..

So not everyone knows the forum "etiquete" that may come second nature to someone that has grown up with them...

I never got offended, I am happy as a pig in shit, and no one's opinion could change that...

We're all good people here... I've learned that in the bit that I've been here...

I say that 99% of the squabbles I see are because of misinterpretation of emotion...
 
yeah, not just one grow, but a whole thread for Florida growers to talk shop...this is a wonderful place, welcome....and i agree, i've seen wayyy to many dudes on here that are oversensitive and act like children...just brush those kind of people off cause they no doubt have awful lives...happy growing guys and stay safe...a TON of busts have been goin down, so watch yourselves....
