Friend lost quite a few plans thanks to the frost last year in Auburndale. Now I'm a little more north of that and wonder how that will effect mine. Are you in north Florida and do you get a lot of bad freezes there?Thats next year for sure, I'll be starting next year in March
Today I spent the afternoon getting some larger five gallon pots and transfered them. So...hoping to allow the girls a chance to fatten up. I originally had them in pots fearing a need to move them due to hurricanes etc. Fortunately we dont get frost until december here. The Bob Marley variety is 100% sativa with the seed bank saying up to 12 weeks of flowering. We'll see.

I live on a lake which makes irrigation a little bit easier. I'm wondering how nutrient rich the muck from the lake is. I use the lake water for watering the lawn when we aren't in drought, it always does great on the general plants so I'm interested in the benefits to my plants. If anyone is interested I'll post more detail in another thread once I start getting results.
I just planted from a pretty successful germination.
I remember that day, occurred around Feb or so. I got pictures of the car electronic temp sensor saying its 16. This was in Belleview on 484. I grew up in Ocala but lived in Orlando for the past 10 years or so until I moved back. Its amazing the temp difference between Orlando and Ocala driving between the two every day.i just moved from marion county earlier this month to swfl. last year there was a time or two when it was under 20 degrees. one night i remember it was 18 degrees with a 8 degree wind chill. that night was super cold for florida

I'm pretty surprised my plants are still alive!! They have survived 106 degree temps, a bone dry res, a few dropped lights..... actually, this is starting to sound embarrassing!I had a little plant last year that survived 26 degrees. You would be suprised how cannibis can survive
This is the funniest thing I've read all month!!! Glad your plants are surviving...so I guess we could call your style high stress training? That's it the Florida HST club!I'm pretty surprised my plants are still alive!! On a completely different note... I'm officially going back to school. I will be spending time with the head professor and touring the campus in two weeks! I'm so thrilled to be getting my life back on track and starting my Masters Degree. I can't wait to sit and experience structured learning instead of the random 'I want to know ...' shit I've been doing for the last decade. Here's to my future life as a career student!
