I feel pretty confident that we will have a decent policy here. The ballot language is broad enough at it leaves the decision up to a doctor. Check out the language of two bills I posted. Each would allow home cultivation and each provide the ability for FL farmers to get in the wholesale distribution side of things. Once we vote it in, the dept of health will only have 60 days to make rules....My guess is that they look at the framework provided by the legislation on floor now....which is different from the Charlotte 's web bill that is about pass.

lol ya we were thinking cocoa or one of the other surrounding beaches. and im in tiny chat all the time man. a little less as of lately as ive been pretty busy but ive still been around. im usually in there 10pm - 4am.

ya idk if i like the new setup either but im sure ill get used to it. they took a couple days at least to get it this way so im sure its staying lol. they started changing it up this last weekend i believe.

Happy I finally found a Florida Thread (admin needs to get a FL subsection ready to roll asap!!)
Shot a few of you some messages but just wanted to say whats up to everyone. Move here from CO a few months ago and just trying to meet some people around here. Nothing growing yet, waiting to move into a more perma place then will see about getting a small closet grow going,
@JerryB - Enjoy the flower! Had to break down and sell off mine after about 3wks of being in flower in order to move, cant wait to start up again. Post some pics, share the love and let us see what you got going!!
