flower from seedling????

yeah so i need to be out my house oct31, and i've got many seedling germinated in my dome under a fluro, ready for transplant. is it worth wild to flower from seedling and what kind of yield can you expect from 800 watts of lights? i've got 32 in the dome. my last male to female ratio with the genteics were a mere 50/50. so i'm hoping for at least 16. i'm going to transplant in 1 gallon containers and start flowering right away. anyone heard of this? anyone have a link to a good journal using this method? comment away, +rep for good info.

I know you can flower from seed.. Ive read that on here.. Im taking two clones n flowering them n there small.. I just wanna see how they will do or make it..
