Yes you can flower them,but why not get them healthier first?What type of ferts and how much are you using?

How old are these plants? What is your watering schedule? Some look burnt....but others look more like overwatering or nute burn to me. Tell us more about your setup and we may be able to set you straight

Ok i have to Helen Keller this... Firstly if you are giving it nitrogen stop,and give straight water for a week,that may be the cause of nitrification of the soil,basically your soil is too hot.Feed only water.

i planted them in the beggining of june could have been in may...and the little green one in the front is a clone that sucessfully rooted

I would take the earlier advice and get them healthy before you flower them. You'll get more smoke from then but then again its not like your gonna get much anyway.
