Flowering advice?

Hey guys just looking for some general advice, tips, and tricks for my grow. This is my grow (obviously) and i'm not expecting big things, it was more of a test run, and i have bigger plans in the works. These three plants are about a month old and aren't the greatest as you can see. i know they're pretty stretched but i've since added more light and its really helped out. im curious to know if i should just cut my losses and flower now? is there even a point continueing this grow at this point? Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think my next steps should be,

Your plants look really yellow.

I am curious as to what type of soil you are using. The CFL folks would probably like some info on your light if they are to give advice as well.

They look ok to me to continue. You need to feed em though, they are lookin a bit pale....

it's Miracle Grow specialized for flowering plants, there are 4 23 watt = 100 watt CFL's, two are cool blue, two are warm yellow
