flowering already??

I live in northern California were it is currently about 14h50m daylight. Started this from clone about a month ago . is it already flowering??? Wanted it to grow a bit bigger

It looks like you put it outside during the very last moments of spring flowering season. In California it will flower up until early June if you get them outside by early April.
It's revegging, give it a month and it'll be looking much better.

It will prob be hella bushy, you'll get branches forming at each of those nodes
