Flowering and no Pistols

I have an indoor setup using halogen bulbs I have 6 setup. They are about 1000 lumens each. There is one female plant and it's in Veg state. I think i have a few issues but here goes my main ?

It's been in flowering for about 2 months and the flowers are growing but I don't see any pistols. How long should I wait? I see crystals on the tops of the flowers but nothing in terms of white or red hairs.

I grew this plant outside last summer and this is a clone from it. And it looks totally different from then. help pls

Get rid of the halogen lights. They just give off lots of heat and very little usuable light. Your better off to switch over to compact florescents or a hps.

Halogens are worthless for growing. CFL's would serve you much better. I use HPS and MH with T5's. When the plants went into flower, the pistils were very small. Your plants are not getting any usable light, so the flowers are probably just stunted right now. Get some proper specturm to them and see what happens.
