Flowering at 1Ft tall huh?

I was told that superthrive is only used in flowering when the plant is in really REALLY bad health, because of the high N levels it's not good to use during flowering, only for emergency type situations.

Edit: Now looking at the bottle I dunno if my friend was right because there's nothing on there about N.... Just vitamins and stuff.
