Flowering buds have white hard tops

Hello everyone so my 3 fem photoperiod white widows that I bought from anaconda seeds are 4 weeks and 6 days in to flowering from flip and are doing really well. No issues so far thankfully but today what I noticed on the tallest of the three is at the tip of the buds they are hard and pure white I see online this is good what do you guys think. All the leafs at the top around the buds are fine too so no issues with light burn ect. I am growing under a full spectrum led 240x3w. Sorry for the purple picture. I pulled it away from the light and tried to get the best photo I could. I would really like some feed back thank you.

“Hash Tips” of weird bleaching that I believe was learned to be caused by intense mono blue diodes. Raise your lights or, better still, update to modern white based Boards.
