Flowering but maybe some deficiency

I have 4 plants inside flowering. about 3-4 weeks in but I am noticing some discoloration of the leaves and stems. Lot of red stems on all 4 plants. So I am guessit is a soil deficiency and some yellowing and occasional red/brown leaf. I think it could be magnesium deficiency.
Especially since all 4 plants have red stems and some discoloration. I am attaching an images.

just want someone else more experienced to confirm and suggest what to do. Or should just leave them alone.

Some basic info. Running 2 led at 1200 w each 12 hours. Using fox farms trio, very sparingly. Average temp is about 61-64 degrees. Been this way since I have started
Plants look pretty healthy except for some leaves.

I didn’t want to interrupt the light cycle. Here some images with lights off. As a novice I believe they look pretty good. I believe less is more when using nutrients and only organic.
2 of the plants are skywalker og, one is chocolope and the biggest is train wreck. Most plants in soft 3 gal air bags except for the train wreck it is in a bigger container with holes.
i am in a well so our water is chemical free (except for some naturally occurring nitrates and ph is around 6.2-6.5. Oh ignore water spots on leaves from sprayer

No I used a plant sprayer may have had some big bloom in the water. Well water naturally hard. Btw I have sometimes watered with soda water w extra CO2. Having a Sodastream is great for water g plants.

Why did you use a sprayer?
What soil are you in?
What actual lights are you using (brand/model)?
What is their draw from the wall?
What else are you giving them and how?

The more info you give the better info you get, help us help you

I had read somewhere spraying leaves with water was a better way to water plants
Lights waykme 1200 w full spectrum x2
Soil is a mix of 2 different organic soils mixed with organic potting soil and some organic miracle grow fertilizer. Approximately 3 cubic yards.
This is first time using indoor lights. I have other plants some in containers outside 3 flowering and about 4 ft bushy no issues. and 3 in ground outside. Flowering and 2 of them are over 8 ft. Outside plants have been supplemented twice with tiger bloom. All were started and still in same soil.
I think the inside plant could have magnesium Deficiency
But before I treat would like to confirm. Last week mixed a gallon of water w tiger bloom/big bloom split gallon over 2 days on the 4 indoor plants
