flowering by window sill?

i have a room in my house where i get nice sunlight all day but you cant see whats going on outside.

now if i had some flowering plants, but it was the middle of june, and there wasnt red spectrum light coming in, would it still be good to put my plants in the sun?

i only have about 8 40 watt 2700ks on about 4 plants. so i wanna stick them in the sun

Yes direct sunlight is always good fro your plants. I did the same thing for mine and the growth was amazing

Id have to say go for it, sun is best light and since no one can see them then your all straight. Go for it.
