Flowering Foods with Higher Nitrogen content?

Can anyone recommend a bloomer that has a sufficient nitrogen content so you don't get a nitro def (in PROMIX) within the early stages of flowering. Been using Advanced Nutes Sensi Bloom Parts A and B and have been getting a Nitro def during the first 2-3 weeks of flowering....

I heard of using guano to keep N good while also using other nutes.

a small amount of urine will do it if your in soil a 10-1 ratio should be fine it's organic and free, just an idea i use biobizz in soil and just add 1-2mil per litre as needed

just my thoughts on this one...are you using the entire advanced lineup? had b-52 and voodoo during the entire veg state? added piranha and/or tarantula during the first week of bloom? if you answered no to any of these your N problem might have started a lot earlier than you have seen. the leaves provide N when the root zone is unable to get it because of the huge boost in P & K as well as the decrease in N available to the roots. with the proper microbial inoculants at the right time this problem is averted.

i personally don't use advanced because it was reverse engineered to build a product lineup for sales and profit as a primary focus the plants are secondary

again just my thoughts as this is likely to get slammed by so many cattle being herded by the advanced marketing team. god they're good!

I have to agree with you on that one, and I'm not gonna spend tons on dough on their whole line up. I want something simple that I don't have to worry about buying lots of additives. I use fox farm grow big during veg and still looking for a good bloomer.

AN is a really great lineup if you do what they want you to, especially since they've made it easier with 4 levels. but it's still a ton of stuff to buy.
Fox Farm's schedule worked honestly pretty well for me. it's 3 liquids and 3 solids. the grow big you stop using and supplement with but i had a problem with CaMg when i used them and only had to supplement that.
I've got some on pure guano now, i'm wondering how that'll fare. especially since i've got a bunch of plants in the ground. one of them is about 9ft tall. what do i feed her? AN would say start buying gallons of their stuff so that won't work for me.
I'm currently working with humboldt nutrients. but that's because i'm working on getting to know the plant on a botanist type level now.
so i'll get to the point...lol
any organic supplement for N will probably do at this point. guano last for about 3 weeks when you add it as a top dressing and it's results are noticeable almost overnight. i'd stay away from fish emulsions even though it's an awesome source.
my solution...compost tea with a scoop of great white or roots oregonism XL.

Indonesian guano is a good organic source of high P for flowering if ur trying to stay on a budget.

no not on a budget at all, but I killed about 80 plants using AN directly after inducing flowering. The nirto def was showing itself within the first 10-12 days. I want something that I don't have to add a ton of shit but don't have to worry about getting a nirto def too.. This pic was within about 20 days of flowering using advanced nutes sensi parts a and b at about 850ppm and I know it was a nitro def cause on my nex crop I added some grow big and it kept them green longer than the first batch..

dude that isnt a N deficiency. absolutely not. It looks like a P deficiency.

That's not a P def, and if it is then advanced nutrients SUCK because I have been following their direction to the T. And actually I posted this problem some time ago and no one person said it was a P def???

Why not supplement a little with some of your grow formula as I'm sure that has a higher N content.

It looks like nute burn to me honestly. Whatever it is it's definitely not n def.

dude... look at the link i gave you. it WILL answer your questions... and i hate to tell you but it absolutely IS a Mg or P deficiency with possible Ca def

dude... im telling you what your problem is... if its not ca or mg then ive given you a definite answer on what it is. once again, look at the link i gave you. if you think im wrong... please by all means dump a bunch of nitrogen on your plants.

ok ill break it down, 2000 watts of hps, co2 burner at 1500ppm, ac room temp 85 degrees, dehumidifier, RO water with ph of 6.3-6.5, promix, blueberryX NL and Legends ultimate indica. Clones taken rooted and put under hps's, veg'd for around 2 weeks while feeding ff grow big 1 teaspoon per gallon every watering (thats what i give my moms and works great) switched to flower and first watering during flowering was 1 and 1/2 teaspoons per gallon of Advanced nutes sensi bloom parts a and b, every other watering. Def showed within 2 weeks of inducing flowering??? Have grown for years and never ran into this problem and went through every possibility of what it could be and can't seem to figure it out...... I'm fuckin stumped and starting to get a little PO'd cause i have lost about 80 plants so far.. o and just added the RO so don't think that is the cause of it?? see all the plants in my pic, ya they ALL DIED well wouldn't say died but all the fan leaves turned yellow and fell off and now bud production is at a snails pace and just took some more cutting but still waiting for them to root. Plus I know that they still need nitrogen during the first stages of flowering but could they show a possible def that quick and if its not a nitro def why didn't i see it in veg

sorry to hear about the plants man. i can promise you that what youre experiencing isnt a N deficiency though... during the first 2 weeks of flowering the plants use a bunch of phosphorus as well as nitrogen. you didnt see the P deficiency in veg because the plants dont need as much. I personally use peruvian seabird guano (10-10-2) along with the rest of my nutrient program for the first 2 weeks of flower because it includes the necessary nitrogen for continued plant growth, as well as phosphorus for early bud production. i was done replying to this thread until i read you lost so many plants, so i figured id give it one more shot. different plants need different amounts of nutrients, as you must already know having been growing for years... so AN's nutrient schedule may not necessarily be exactly correct for the strains youre growing... which means you might also have nutrient burn. Usually a nutrient burn will appear quicker than a deficiency too. plant problems are no fun man good luck!

you could try feeding it veg nutes for an extra cpl of weeks... seems to work wonders here.
